This following Privacy Policy concerns the information stored and the functionality provided by the software (SimplePunch) which has been installed on this Host Website. SimplePunch is a very basic set of accountability tools, for tracking time, money and work. SimplePunch was created, and is maintained by Practifab Inc. and is provided as is with no warranty and limited liability, use at your own risk. This software has been installed for the purposes of the business of this Host website and those associated with the host business, to use the software for facilitating their mutually beneficial business exchanges.

1. Buyer Information
1. Buyers' personal information or activity is not tracked or stored until the "Confirm Order" button has been clicked.
2. This will save the information on the order form and submit to the owner of the Host Website for their review.
2. Associate Identity Information
1. To use the SimplePunch software installed on this Host website you must request an Associate Account from the Host Website.
2. Your email address will not be used to send spam or unsolicited emails to. It will not be sold, disclosed or shared with others outside the Host website.
3. Use of your email address is required to allow the Owners of the Host Website to send correspondence concerning your account and information about the Host Website.
4. You may provide additional Associate identity information to your account, if you so choose for reasons of shipping, deliveries or postal correspondence, time zones etc.
5. All Associate identity information that you provide will be used to validate you as a person and for the purpose of keeping your account safe.
6. This information associated to your identity will be stored securely and will be kept on record even if you chose to deactivate your account.
7. Reasonable protections and security are employed to reduce the simple incidence of unauthorized access to this information.
3. SimplePunch Functionality
1. SimplePunch provides all users an identical basic set of accountability tools to track your time, expenses and revenues on your work for your own benefit. You may choose to use these tools or not. You may chose to share this data or not.
2. These tools are organized under the categories of Time, Work, Money. Time is tracked using Punch Clock and Time Sheet. Work is organized under Jobs providing reports and Money uses traditional double entry bookkeeping methods.
3. The intention of SimplePunch is to promote the idea of equality and collaborative independence of individuals, by providing each Associate an identical set of tools used to be accountable for your own benefit.
4. The reports for sharing collaborative purposes can nurture community improved product / service development.
5. This software is actively being developed and updates, modifications, lack of functionality, glitches can be expected.
6. SimplePunch uses cookies that are small identifiers stored on your computer for the purpose of maintaining your session data and also to remember your computer to eliminate the need to log in each time.
4. Associate Data
1. All data the Associate adds to their account is stored an a set of tables within the database where your information is separate from other's data.
2. This software should be used for recording information concerning no more than the business of earning a living as it associates with Host and other associate members.
3. This host install of SimplePunch should not be used for tracking your personal financial accounts such as bank, credit cards, loans, investments, debts, mortgages or any other personal accounts numbers or amounts. If you wish to use this software for that purpose contact Practifab to request your own website hosting account with the software installed for your personal purposes.
4. Your data remains your data and the onus of responsibility to the validity and accuracy of this data remains on you. If you cheat, you will only be cheating yourself.
5. Tools to backup this data is available and it is recommended that regular backups are performed to your local storage means to protect your data integrity.
6. You may request that your data be completely erased by requesting of the Website Host. Due to the backup system of most website hosting this can take up to several weeks to fully complete.
7. Mechanisms to tag information for (E)veryone, (M)ember and (P)rivate is provided.
8. The times you punch in or out of various jobs are always visible when shared with others. The punch note contents can be restricted to only members, or private but are set to everyone by default.
9. The financial particulars are set to private by default but can be tagged for members or everyone. Amounts concerning projects revenues will displayed if the job report is shared.
10. You are able to share with members or everyone the details of your expenses and revenues concerning your jobs by marking them for (M)embers or for (E)veryone.
5. Business
1. The invoicing system (still in development) shall allow an invoice to be issued internally between any Associate to any other Associate or between anyone to the Website Host.
2. The business transaction is only considered final when the final payment has been accepted and the transaction is agreed to be mutually beneficial.
